Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

All orders over £80 are free of charge. £5 delivery fee for orders under £80.

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We have numerous different warehouses holding our stock so depending on the products you have ordered, there are instances where you may get separate deliveries. This will not slow delivery times down. We will send you all relevant tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@adventials.co.uk so that we can help. Delivery times may differ for orders placed in Northern Ireland. 

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@adventials.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Returns:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the
item. Returns will be sent back to us by post and labels will be issued at the time of cancellation. A photo of the order, in the original packaging must be sent to us, for us to accept the request.

Refunds 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
